This machine type is ideal for batch processing of mass produced parts of all kinds of bulk parts. The RIBC offers a wide range of shot blasting applications from small, delicate components up to large, heavy forgings.
Centrifugal High Energy Machines generate very high gravitational force and are designed to perfection and engineered to prevent constant breakdowns and minimize downtime.The drive system comprises of barrels (3 or 4) mounted on a turret assembly with heavy duty bearings.
Rotary driers are used for drying components after the vibratory finishing process.The rotary drier is filled with drying media, the wet components are loaded into the machine continuously or in batch via a loading machine.The components travel automatically through the preheated media around the process chamber and are then seperated on a seperation screen.In addition to the stain free drying, additional polishing of the components takes place resulting in high quality finished components.

Process water recycling is the preferred waste water treatment method in mass finishing applications, not only for environmental reasons but also because such recycling systems produce significant cost savings. The principle of the 2-phase separation (separation of the solid from the liquid phase) by centrifugal force is the central feature of modern process water cleaning systems.
