Rotary Driers

Rotary driers are used for drying components after the vibratory finishing process.The rotary drier is filled with drying media, the wet components are loaded into the machine continuously or in batch via a loading machine.The components travel automatically through the preheated media around the process chamber and are then seperated on a seperation screen.In addition to the stain free drying, additional polishing of the components takes place resulting in high quality finished components.
