We are offering ground ball screws. Rotolinear systems offer the worldclass precision ground ballscrews of continental ballscrews company/ leadteam ballscrews ltd (deans group). Cbc/ltm ballscrews are used by lot of cnc machinetools builders of europe, america, taiwan and other asian countries. Cbc ballscrews are manufactured with carefully designed tread to obtain optimum performance in load, life and rigidity and are the leading manufacturer of ground ballscrews in taiwan of since 1979. Proper sealing elements on both sides of nut in close contact with ballscrew prevents the entry of foreign matter in the nut or the lubricants from leaking. The cbc standard diameters range from 12 to 125mm with lead of 4 to 20mm and length upto 8 meters as standard. Different nuts configurations like singlenut, doublenut, internal circulation, external circulation etc. with accuracy, s of c7, c6, c5, c4, c3, c2, c1 standard. Special nuts as per customers requirement also can be supplied. The test certificates like laser lead error certificate, inspection certificate, structure and hardness certificate shall be provided along with the ballscrews. We are offering locknuts. rotolinear systems offer the precision locknut which are used for ballscrews, spindles and other applications like cnc machinetools, robotics, spm, factory automation etc. Nikki locknut is an economical highly reliable locknut with wide range of variety and is interchangeable with most of the brands. It is available in internal thread from m6 x 0.5 to m200 x 3. Different models like mrz series (radial locking), mkr series (axial locking), mf series (30-degree locking), mr series (radial locking), sr, sfz & tmf series (30-degree locking) are available. The material used in lock nut is scm440, the hardness is hrc 28-32, precision iso 4h. These lock nuts are used by lot of oems in japan, taiwan, europe, china, india etc. nikki has got two types of precision grades one is precision turning and precision grinding. The precision turned lock nut thread to face squareness is under 0.005mm and precision ground locknut is under 0.002mm. these lock-nuts are compatiable with all other major brands/makes and is available in ex-stock at bangalore.

Torque Limiters

Torque Limiters
We are offering torque limiters. rotolinear systems offer different types of torque limiter, which provides reliable protection for machines and human beings. The reaction (response) time is extremely short (milli seconds) and it is backlash free. Different overload torque and it is very easy to set the desired torque. It can be used for direct drives and indirect drives. torque limiter is based on the usage of cup springs with degressive characteristics. Once the adjusted overload torque range is reached the balls disengage automatically and the transmission of torque is interrupted/ after the torque fall below the allowable max torque, the torque limiter is re-engaged automatically and continues to transmit the torque.
