We are exporters of silicon (Si) for the solar, electronic and optical industry, and also we make details from graphite and carbon carbon composites (are used in thermo-furnaces) under the "incarbo" trademark in Russia and worldwide. We grow up silicon in ingots (CZ-method). then we polishing it and we cut. For the optical industry we offer silicon substrates (Si) for infrared optics (for filters, windows, mirrors, lenses). Substrates are cut out under the size of the customer and a little polishing. Quality of silicon very good. Production is deliverd to Europe and Russia.
