The Potato that we supply is round and oval tuber and free from any impurities such as pest, dirt and mud. There is a great diversity of shapes, sizes, color and flavors based on the region of cultivation. Each variety has its own regional favorities. Potatoes are rich sources of starch, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamin C and B1 and mineral. They also have good amount of essential amino acids like leucine, tryptophan and isoleucine etc.
Potatoes, newly harvested are directly ship after cleaning, grading and packing and pre-cooling. Potatoes storage is done in authorized cold storage with proper technical expert of proper aeration, temperature, relative humidity and other storage specifications. Potatoes are used for various industrial purposes i.e. for the production of starch and alcohol. Potato starch (farina) is used in laundries and for sizing yarn in textile unit. They are also used for the production of dextrin and glucose. As a food product itself, potatoes are converted into dried products like ‘potato chips and shredded potatoes’.  We export potatoes to Gulf countries.
Packing is carried out as per customer requirement in APEDA approved pack house in hygienic packaging material to suit end users requirements for export as well as domestic market.
