S.N.I. Infratech Private Limited. (Owner S.N.Industries) is a Company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act with the object of acquiring the business run under the name and style of S.N.Industries with all its assets and liabilities. Accordingly business run under the name and style of S.N.Industries with all its assets and liabilities has been taken over by S.N.I.Infratech Private Limited w.e.f. lst July 2013. S.N.Industries, as such, was established in the year 1973 for manufacturing a wide range of bitumen and tar products. The Company has been carrying on water proofing, dam proofing work since 1975 using hessian based tar felt, fiberglass tissues and plastic felt (popularly known as APP Membrane). In the year 1980 the Company had the privilege of starting contract work of laying Anti Static & Electric Conducting grade Bitumen mastic for flooring for ordinance factory under construction at !TARSI. Subsequently the above treatment was adopted for flooring of LPG Storage godowns throughout India. Since 1980 the Company is engaged in the business oflaying mastic asphalt and has carried out mastic asphalt work on bridge deck & roads throughout India. The Company developed thermoplastic road marking paint for the 1st time in India in 1997 as an import substitution product. MOST was kind enough to prescribe use of thermoplastic Road Marking Paint manufactured by the Company on highways. Since then, paint developed by the Company being applied on roads throughout India. On the basis of formulation /guidance given by MORTON Thiokol USA, the only manufacturers of LP 32 C Resin basic raw material for manufacture of Polysulphide Sealant we started manufacturing Polysulphide Sealants in the year 1997. The Company started business of manufacture and supply of sign boards and road furniture items in the year 2003.
