When the supply pressure (Air pressure linked to the signal Port) falls below the predetermined value, the SAGA Double Acting Air Lock Relay locks the air in both chambers of the cylinders. The spring-loaded Diaphragm senses the supply pressure linked to the signal Port, and the thrust generated allows the Valves to open, allowing air to enter through the IN Ports and be connected to the two output lines to respective Cylinder chambers. The cut off setting could be adjusted by amending the screw and locknut. SAGA Double Acting Air Lock Relays are specifically developed for saving space. It is most suited for precise and reliable applications in Pneumatic Actuators

When the supply air pressure falls below the specified value, the SAGA Single Acting Air Lock Relay locks the Air and maintaining the Control valve in the stay-put position. When the line pressure resumes, the Relay automatically resets to auto mode. The spring loaded Diaphragm senses the supply pressure linked to the signal port, and the thrust created allows the valve to open, connecting air entering through the IN ports to the output line.
