We offer HIPS Color Mix regrind, HIPS. High Impact Polystyrene color mix regrind, HIPS. Below is a steps on how we processing HIPS mixed color regrind at our factory: 1. Material Collecting and Sorting (Only HIPS) 2. Grinding (TV case, toys and house hold items) 3. Salt water washing (removing other contamination. E.g. ABS, IronMetal, etc) 4. Caustic Soda washing (Cleaning dirt) 5. Normal water pipe spread (Cleaning dirt) 6. Normal water washing two times in tank (Removing PP) 7. Brought to electrical dryer 8. Natural dry (Open space) 9. Manual search on remaining iron nudesscrew (By handy magnet) 10. Automatic fan winding (Removing light weight particles) 11. Ready to pack into bag.
