The Armouring cum core laying machine / Rigid Stranding Machine (Tubular Stranding) and all Wire and Cable making machines have self aligned spherical roller bearings on ends, fine locking and tension device that provide on cradle pintle. All guide rollers are made using carbon steel where wire runs through heavy gear transmission system with different speeds to get different lays of wires in stranding & 1+6 tubular stranding Laying operations. Our range of Cross Head is offered in single and dual head options. The cross head melt torpedo is designed for smooth and accurate material flow to apply uniform thickness on wire as well as accurate centre without wastage of time. Our Self centering cross heads are available in single or dual options with coating and lining (dot) tools & heads are designed with quick changing of tools and dies without disturbing head assembly.
The Capstans offered by us are available in different sizes of pulley and diameter that vary as per the small & medium size of cables and line speed. Capstan role in extrusion line is to pull the wire from Extruder and offering it to take-up in a synchrony form of speed. For this, these are provided with a three speed transmission to avoid by passing of wire from capstan in pulling operations in thick size or wire conductor. The Capstans are offered with main drive options in DC & AC frequency drives.

Our range of Co Extruder (House wire extruder, Multi strand wire extruder, xlpe cable extruder, double layer cable extruders) is optionally available for skinning, single dot and double dot on cable by changing of head tools. House wire extruder, Multi strand wire extruder, xlpe cable extruder, double layer cable extruders are de-attached by moving on base frame due to single coating and same dual head is working for single coating with main Extruder. Our range of Co-Extruders (House wire extruder, Multi strand wire extruder, xlpe cable extruder, double layer cable extruders) is available in various sizes as per the requirements of the clients.
