Single chamber ultrasonic cleaning exuipements are widely used in all industries. Electrical Energy from a transistorised oscillator circuit is fed to the transducers. These piezo electric transducers convert electrical oscillations to corresponding mechanical vibrations and cause the tank bottom to vibrate, resulting in intense agitation of the liquid contained in the tank.This intense disturbance in the liquid contained in the tank will cause to form and collapse of millions of microscopic cavities or voids known as cavitation. When these cavities collapse or implode they release tremendous energy and produce an intense local scrubbing action on the objects immersed in the liquid, for cleaning.  

SS Tray and tank - Imported, Non rustic (Ultrasonic Grade), Dynamic PEIZO Tranceuders (with high velocity focussing head)ultrasonic cleaners operate at 3040KHZ frequency. These high frequency sound waves convert the electrical energy in to ultrasonic wave in the from of vibration by means of PEIZO transducers. The accumulation of ultrasonic waves produces millions of microscopic cavitation bubbles. These cavitation bubbles drives the cleaning solution in to the components to be cleaned, removing away, all the dirt and accumulated residues on them.
