Debris Chute

Kleanchute Debris Chutes are made from High Molecular High Density Polyethylene (HMHDPE) and are offered in much higher thickness than other leading chutes. The hoppers are made with galvanized steel for extended life and use in cities where corrosion levels are normally higher. In tropical climates where humidity and therefore corrosion levels are high, HDPE provides a distinct advantage of being a high durable plastic. Further the abrasion levels of HDPE is several times superior to metal and cheap drums and therefore offers multiple use of the same chute at different projects.

THE NEEDOrganic sulphates and inorganic sulphides are present in the slimes of sewerage flows and form the total sulphides present in the sewerage. NovaLene PP Sheets

Polypropylene is a semi-rigid, translucent polymer with good toughness and weather resistance properties. It is a largely non-polar, partially crystalline thermoplastic with a crystallinity of 60 to 70%. PP has a density of 0.90 to 0.91 g/cm3 which is amongst the lowest densities for all plastics. NovaStrong UHMW-PE Sheets

NovaStrong is made from UHMW-PE, a subset of the thermoplastic -polyethylene. It has extremely long chains, with molecular weight numbering in the millions, usually between 2 and 6 million, strengthening intermolecular interactions resulting in highest impact strength of any thermoplastic, very low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating, and is highly resistant to abrasion (15 times more resistant to abrasion than carbon steel). Its coefficient of friction is significantly lower than that of Polyamide and Acetal, and is comparable to that of PTFE, but UHMWPE has better abrasion resistance than PTFE.

NovaKyn PVDF Sheets made from a pure thermoplastic fluoropolymer. PVDF maintains its useful mechanical and chemical resistance properties at temperatures up to 150C (300F). NovaKyn PVDF Sheets

NovaKyn PVDF Sheets made from a pure thermoplastic fluoropolymer. PVDF maintains its useful mechanical and chemical resistance properties at temperatures up to 150C (300F). An additional advantage is that PVDF can be welded into tanks for acid and corrosive chemical processing in elevated temperature environments. PVDF is rigid and resistant to creep under mechanical stress and load. PVDF is stable to sunlight, and other sources of ultraviolet radiation. It is generally used in applications requiring the highest purity, strength, and resistance to solvents, acids, bases and heat and low smoke generation during a fire event.
