Over the course of 11 days and 10 nights, the 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training program is offered at the Sanskar Yogashala in Rishikesh, India. Those who are interested can study the arts of yoga in a systematic and comprehensive way with this brief TTC program. For individuals who are new to yoga or have been doing it as a pastime, the curriculum teaches the fundamentals. Our institution seeks to deepen the fundamentals of yoga studies via practice and understanding.
