Bubble packaging is manufactured from a blend of Resilient Polyethylene by a continuous extrusion process whereby hundreds of air bubbles are formed and entrapped in between layers of film providing excellent shock absorbency and cushioning to protect valuable and fragile articles packed for transit or storage. Bubble packaging is available in 10mm dia bubble in scontinuous length in various grades. Standard roll length is 100 meters. Bags, Pouches, Courier envelopes and innovative packaging involving paper and aluminium foil with THREE LAYER AND FOUR LAYER INTERCHANGEABLE MODES.

Thermocole (Expanded Polystyrene) packings are manufactured by using the most sophisticated machines in the industry. Depending on the type of polyol and isocyanate used the generated foam exhibits different properties. By careful selection of the polyol and isocyanate, foam with varying properties can be generated. It could be soft and flexible with totally open cells, which are used in the furniture industry to very hard dense wood like closed cell rigid foam. Polyurethane foam is widely used in high resiliency flexible foam seating, rigid foam insulation panels, microcellular foam seals and gaskets, durable elastomeric wheels and tires, automotive suspension bushings, electrical potting compounds, seals, gaskets, carpet underlay, and hard plastic parts (such as for electronic instruments).
