The plant is set up in the leading Industrial town of Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, and is spread over 2.5 acres of land with the foundry shade of 1100 sqm and capacity of 3 Extrusion shades of 1100 sqm each. The foundry shade is equipped with melting furnaces of various capacities, hot top for log casting, billet cutting provisions, etc. Currently, the extrusion shade is equipped with extrusion presses of 1100 metric tons capable of drawing all kinds of profiles and sections, synchronized puller and stretcher, fully automatic run out table and handling system, automatic heaters and all type of ageing ovens. Currently manufacturing Door Windows & Architectural Sections in 6063-T6, 6061-T6 Alloy with 100% use of Aluminium Ingot. We are Capable of drawing all the kinds of profiles and sections of all kind of Aluminium based Alloys such as: • Architectural Section • Building & Construction Section • Transport Section • Hardware Section • Electrical Section Quality Control and Capacity: Being from an Industrial background, we are a bit extra conscious about our quality. We believe in earning Customers rather than profit. Quality is checked over every stage and other equipment committed to cater best quality material finishing. We are equipped with the following: • World class latest SPECTROMETER to bring perfection in our material composition. • Tool Room for Die correction to bring perfection to the drawn sections. • Ageing Oven to bring on hardness as well as different hardness variants as T4 T6. • Inspection Table for the quality inspection of the Sections.
