We are offering Ethanol Alcohol that is used in all distilleries and bottling plant. Ethanol Alcohol is a type of industrial alcohol, also called ethyl alcohol, pure alcohol, grain alcohol, or drinking alcohol. It is a volatile, flammable, colourless liquid derived directly from molasses. Ethanol fuel is the most common biofuel worldwide, particularly in Brazil. Ethanol Alcohol fuel is produced by fermentation of sugars derived from wheat, corn, sugar beets, sugar cane, molasses, potato and fruit waste, etc. The production method of Ethanol Alcohol make use of enzyme digestion so as to release sugars from stored starches, fermentation of the sugars, distillation and drying. Ethanol Alcohol can be used in petrol engines as a replacement for gasoline. It can be mixed with gasoline to any percentage. Most existing car petrol engines can run on blends of up to 15% bioethanol with petroleum gasoline. Ethanol Alcohol is also used to fuel bioethanol fireplaces as they do not require chimney and are "flue less", bio ethanol fire is extremely useful for new build homes and apartments. One of the most remunerative applications of molasses is in the production of Ethanol Alcohol, an environment friendly fuel. Being an oxygenate it contains high percentage of oxygen, which helps combust fuel more completely and reduces vehicular injurious emission. The government has made blending of fuel petrol with 5% ethanol mandatory with effect from 1st October, 2003 in nine states and four union territories of India.
We are offering Sugar Molasses , which is a by-product of sugarcane and widely demanded in market for further productions of related products like alcohol, yeast and cattle feed. Sugar Molasses is honey like, thick dark syrup that is a by-product of sugar produced through refining of sugar and repeated crystallization of sugar syrup obtained by crushing sugar cane. Sugar Molasses can be used for human consumption like in baking and in the brewing of ale and also for industrial use. Sugar Molasses is widely used in manufacturing of industrial potable alcohol, yeast and cattle feed. Alcohol in turn is used to produce ethanol, rectified spirit and various value added chemicals. Ethanol is consumed by chemical industry and is also used in blending with petroleum to produce ethanol blended petroleum (EBP). Nearly 90% of Sugar Molasses is used by industrial alcohol manufacturers and remaining 10% for various other uses like potable liquor. In India ethanol, a type of industrial alcohol is produced directly from Sugar Molasses.
We are offering excellent quality Indian Sugar . India is world's highest producer and supplier of sugarcane and its related products. Sugarcane is a perennial grass in the phocaea family and is cultivated in tropical and sub-tropical regions for obtaining sucrose that is found in its stems. It requires a frost-free climate with sufficient rainfall during the growing season to make full use of the plant's great growth potential. The crop is harvested mechanically or by hand, chopped into lengths and conveyed rapidly to the processing plant. It is then milled to extract juice and sugar is further extracted by diffusion. The resulting thin syrup is then concentrated in a series of evaporators and water is removed by way of evaporation process in vacuum containers. The resulting supersaturated solution is seeded with sugar crystals. Then the sugar crystallizes out and is separated from the fluid and dried. The crystals of raw sugar have a sticky brown coating and can either be used as they are or can be bleached by sulphur dioxide or treated in a carbonation process to produce a whiter Indian Sugar. Indian Sugar is also used to produce molasses, potable alcohol, consumable alcohol, etc.
