Comensflex 8275G is a one-component, moisture-curable, polyurethane-based, elasto-meric adhesive sealant. After curing, it provides a permanently elastic bond to fasten materials with different coefficients of expansion.

UV curable coatings  offer several advantages over conventional  thermal cured  or  air drying coatings.  E.g.  UV cured coatings  are fast drying – curing in few seconds, high gloss, offer  high scratch & abrasion resistance,  do not require heat during curing process etc. This makes them ideal for heat sensitive substrates like plastics. UV curable topcoats  are clear coats which protect the colored or  Vacuum Metalized coating underneath the clear coat.  Topcoats protect  the underlying coating from scratches and other types of wear due to routine handling and effects of weather.  Topcoats  also impart additional gloss or can be formulated to offer semi-glossy, matt or tinted look. We offer  UV curable topcoats  for a variety of applications like  plastic cosmetic packaging, mobile phones, automotive headlamp reflectors etc.

  Overprint varnishes   are applied after printing to enhance the   gloss, stain resistance, edge fusion resistance, burnish or scuff resistance, and resistance   to discoloration from absorption of impurities in the environment. We offer high quality  UV curable overprint varnishes  suitable for various applications and suited for application processes.

Applications requiring use of transparent plastics like  automotive headlamp lens and ophthalmic lenses, safety eyewear etc.  require had coatings to prevent damage by scratches. Besides scratch resistance, the coating should have very good abrasion resistance, non-yellowing & good weathering resistance. They should also have very good clarity to allow transmission of light. Wannate HMDI  is used as raw material for  manufacturing PU Dispersions, elastomers & UV resins requiring outstanding weatherability, good hydrolysis & chemical resistance  in final products.   Description     Wannate HMDI is a liquid cycloaliphatic diisocyanate. It is a colorless or pale yellow liquid with low viscosity and characteristic odor. Application Wannate HMDI is raw material for polyurethanes. Polyurethane resins based on Wannate HMDI have a high degree of flexibility coupled with good mechanical strength. They are resistant to abrasion and hydrolysis and retain gloss and physical properties upon weathering. A unique feature of Wannate HMDI is its ability to form optically clear polyurethanes when combined with suitable polyol coreactants. Products based on Wannate HMDI may be useful in coatings for flooring, roofing, maintenance, and textile applications as in cast elastomers, potting and encapsulation compounds, optical products, medical products, adhesives and sealants.    Package 200 L iron drum, 200 kg/ drum 20 L iron drum, 20 kg/drum Storage Wannate HMDI is sensitive to moisture and therefore should be stored in its sealed original containers. When stored under the proper conditions at room temperature, the product will remain stable for at least 9 months. Water or moisture in the air reacts with the product generate pressure. If partially filled containers are stored, it is advisable to blanket the liquid surface with dry nitrogen before sealing. At approx.25 ℃, crystals will generate in Wannate HMDI and setting on the bottom. The product should therefore be heated to 40-50℃ and homogenized before use. This process also allows the use of product which has already crystallized. 

Wannate HDI (Hexamethylene Diisocyanate)  is a monomer mainly used for manufacturing HDI derivatives. It is also used as a raw material for manufacturing  PU Dispersions and Cathodic Electro Deposition (CED)  primers used in automobile industry.    Description   Wannate® HDI is a liquid aliphatic diisocyanate. It is a colorless or pale yellow liquid with low viscosity .   Application   Wannate® HDI is raw material for polyurethanes. Products based on Wannate® HDI is mainly used in PU varnish, top-grade coatings, car refinishing paint，plastic coating， top-grade wood-paint, industrial coating, anti-corrosive coating, elastomers, adhesives and textile finshing agent. Polyurethane coatings based on Wannate® HDI have a high degree of oil resistance coupled with good wear-resisting; It is also lightfast and has the property of powdering resistance，color retention and weathering resistance. In addition, Wannate® HDI also can be used in coating curing agent, high polymer adhesive, low temperature adhesive for printing paste, collar copolymer coating, and immobilized enzyme adhesive.
