We offer pcb mccl. Mccl: it consists of 3 layers including ai, tp and copper. Ai is the bottom of mccl, having types of 1050, 5052. Tp is the second layer, which is bonding sheet(t-preg). And copper foil covers the top of this mccl with ed copper. Thickness is 0.6~2.0�(ai), 90~170�(tp), 0.5~20z(copper) each.

We are offering thermal spray ceramic powder. Its ingredients are as follows; ysz(zro2-8wt%y2o3), y2o3, al2o3, al2o3-y2o3 with high temperature stability, high coefficient of expansion, low heat conduction quality, anti-plasma characteristics. Particle size is 11 ~ 63 ㎛ and 99.9% purity is guaranteed. It is high temperature stability which isn’t shown the phase change to a melting point and has outstanding resistance for physical and chemical erosion of molten metal, slag, salt and others, and it is used to thermal spray coating of parts which is corroded in high temperature.

We are offering thermal spray, plasma spray coating: this is the coating method to form the film by injecting the film material to the plasma flow (speed mach 2 and central temperature: 16, 500â°c) that is generated from the inert gas by the non-transfer arc and fused momentarily to inject the completely fused powder thermal spray materials in high speed to form the films.
