The Air Washers can be applied either in centralized air handling systems or, as a stand-alone unit, in a central station of builderswork. The housing stands clear of the ground on a base frame and consists of stainless steel panels. A pump draws the water directly from the tank. In case of water filtration or of chilled water operation, an additional reservoir is used.The Air Washer is also available, without the stainless steel housing, for installation within existing central stations. We have in store for our customers a quality range of Double Skin Air Washer. These frameworks comprise 3 D corner joints with extruded aluminum profiles. Well fabricated with high polymer polyester coating from inside and galvanized steel sheet with protection film on top. Moreover, panels of these washer are polyurethane foam injected with desired density and thickness imparting high rigidity and sound attenuation characteristics.
Its main application is its use as filter anti grease and filter for cooker heads. It is composed of polyester fibers impregnated of activated carbon. We offer this filter in standard sizes that can be modified to suit individual needs of our valued customers.
