Nozzle shall have nominal flow of 1750/2580/3500/7575 lpm, at 7 kg/cm2, and give superior range jet as well as narrow and wide angle spray. It shall have swivel inlet matching to monitor threads, Jet/ Spray changeover arrangement, and Rubber bumper.
AAAG Suction Strainer, 75/100/140 mm size, as per IS:907, made of Stainless Steel (SS304/316), having Female Round Threads of 75/100/140 mm size, and suitable for connection with suction hose couplings of similar size threads. Strainer shall have minimum number and size of holes as per IS:907

AAAG Fixed Inline Inductor, made of SS304/SS316, Flow range 80 to 450/400 to 900/800 to 1800/1600 to 2700 lpm (@ 7 kgf/cm2), Inlet-Outlet size 65/80/100/150 NB, flanges as per ANSI 16.5 150# (or as per request), with suitable size Foam compound inlet for specified induction rate. Inline Inductors shall have hydraulically efficient design, with maximum pressure drop across inductor not exceeding 35%.
AAAG Foam compound Storage Tanks, made of Stainless Steel SS304/SS316, storage capacity (as specified by client), and shall incorporate regular design features such as expansion dome (for above 400 ltrs. capacity), sump at bottom of tank, vent valves, inlet and outlet connections, PV vent, etc. Level gauge (optional) can be provided.

AAAG Basket Strainer, as per IS: 3582, size 75/ 100 mm, made of cane material and fitted with canvas sleeve and nylon rope for tying onto the suction pipe. The basket strainer should be suitable for use with standard fire service suction strainers.
AAAG Canvas (Cloth) Bucket, made from Canvas material, and provided with Nylon fastener, for holding and easy transportation of water. Cloth bucket shall have an approx. capacity of 7 Ltrs.
AAAG Hose Ramps, made of Natural Rubber, suitable for laying out 2 Nos. 63 mm Fire fighting delivery hoses. The Ramp shall allow passage of vehicles upto 20, 000 kgs weight, and shall have interlocking arrangement with keys to attach two or more ramps, for passage of multityre vehicles.
AAAG Hose Washing Machine, made of Aluminium alloy, having Gunmetal Instantaneous Male inlet. It shall have lifting handle as well as arrangements for mounting the machine at a fixed location, if required. The machine will generate spherical, directional jets for washing hoses (upto 3 diameter) externally.
AAAG Ejector Pump, made of Aluminium alloy, having 63 mm Male Instantaneous Inlet, 4 MRT Suction Inlet, and 4 MRT Discharge Outlet. The Pump shall be suitable for use with standard delivery and suction hoses and fittings. Pump shall work at inlet pressures > 5 kg/cm2 with an approx. capacity of 400 gpm at 5 kg/cm2 Inlet pressure.
AAAG Turbo Pump, made of Aluminium alloy, of approximate 1200 lpm capacity at 7 kg/cm2 inlet pressure (2 m depth). The turbine shall have 63 mm Male Instantaneous Inlet and 63 mm Female Instantaneous Outlet, while the evacuation pump shall have 63 mm Female Instantaneous outlet for discharging the evacuated liquid.
AAAG Hose Binding Machine, as per IS:3744, made of Carbon Steel and C.I. graded material. The machine shall be suitable for binding firefighting hose on hose coupling shanks using Copper or G.I. wire. Male and Female adaptors of different types and sizes, for binding of hoses can be supplied alongwith the machine (optional).

Generator shall generate good quality high expansion foam, typical expansion range 1: 200 to 350, and weight should not exceed 18 kgs.
