A jaw crushers is a crushing machine designed considering a primary stage crushability for materials such as rock, mineral, ROM and building rubble. jaw crushers design focuses on compression type crushing with feed of material being received from the top of the crushing chamber that consists one side fix and other movable type cast manganese jaw liners, the moving jaw is fixed on a pitman which is connected to an eccentric shaft creating an elliptical motion while moving to and fro hence generating an inertia to perform crushing through compression. A jaw crushers assembly basically consist of body, headstock, toggle support, pitman, bearing housing and flywheels. Cone Crusher is a crushing machine designed considering the secondary stage crushability for materials such as rock, mineral, ROM and building rubble. Cone crusher design focuses on compression type crushing with feed of material being received from the top in crushing chamber that consist of concave and mantle made up of high manganese alloy. The Cone crusher is operates via electric motor that drives a horizontal shaft & pinion bevel gear further rotating a crown bevel gear mounted on an vertical eccentric sleeve creating a gyratory motion that affects the centre axle fitted inside the sleeve creating a compression crushing action between the Mantle & concave section. As the mantle moves, it crushes the material against the concave at the points where the gap is smallest. This rotating motion of the Cone crusher reduces the size of the material as well as improves the shape.

The material to be crushed is dropped on top chute & goes through material tube on to center of closed rotor. Material from rotor gets thrown with high centrifugal force as the rotor rotates on high rpm. when this material hits inside the Rock chamber assembly it gets shaped due to impact & depending on inertia of the material cubical shaped products falls freely due to gravity through the bottom chute.The natural way of impact & grinding of Rock on Rock results in shaping the particals like natural sand making it very close natural sand.
