Our Capped or needle punched landscaping fabric is a specially designed fuzzy landscaping fabric for the commercial landscaping application. This is a 2-layer Ground cover made by mechanically (needle punching) bonding fibre on a Woven Polypropylene Ground Cover fabric. This fabric blends the versatility & durability of a woven Ground cover and gives an added advantage of soil moisture preservation & erosion. This fabric is available in the range of 4.1 oz to 6.0 oz per square yard or can be made as per customised requirement also.

• Black colour prevents light penetration which prevents the unwanted growth & helps soil stabilization

Our tree Circles and squares are made from our ground cover fabric so that they help in stopping the obnoxious growth around the plant and it retains the moisture which helps the young plants to survive and grow.

We also offer a premium Tree circle and square which are made from our needle punched fabric which offers more water and moisture retention near the plants or trees.

We also offer retail flat packs and rolls which can be sold in the Garden centre and other big retails chain stores. These comes in different dimension and sizes. We can pack these rolls and packs in display box which can be directly placed in the such big garden centres.

Flat packs: Ground cover is folded and packed in the clear poly bag with coloured insert label and packed in plain box or display box as per the requirement.

Retail Rolls: The rolls are packed on 1 or 2.5 cms paper tube and it is shrink wrapped with a colour label insert.

"siltfence" is a black color woven fabric used in construction industry in usa and europe. Regular widths available are 24", 36" , 48". We can produce siltfence on circular as well as sulzer looms and gurantee "no fraying" on the selvedges either it is circular loom or sulzer loom fabric. We give 1000 hours of uv so that the siltfence thus made lasts long when exposed to uv. Lately we have started ready to use retail packs of 330' which can be directly staked and used in the fields. Master rolls upto 10, 000 feer are also available

Lumber cover is produced on circlar looms and coated on both sides with black and white color respectively. We have set up multi color printing machines to give customised prints on the lumber covers. the printed fabrics are then stitched by our tailoring department and then pass through extensive quality check before being despatched. Covers can be produced as per sizes requested by customer.
