Our Products
Our offered Product range includes R.O Pressure vessels, Water Testiing, Condensate Recovery System and Rota_meter.
All membrane pressure vessels are manufactured by computer controlled filament winding machine and associated high precision processing equipments. With a team of skilled technical experts in the field of computer controlled machines, and all the state-of-art processing machines in-house, we offers a range of high quality membrane housings in various colours including white, blue and grey as per customers choice.
We have designed our membrane pressure vessels 4" with internal diameter that is mirror finished to a tolerance of /-0.02 mm, which aids in easy loading and unloading of the membranes. The external surfaces are highly polished and coated with high-gloss polyurethane paints for UV resistance and excellent aesthetics. The end cap assembly comprises of a single piece molded seal plate and a 2 turn stainless steel locking ring; these features enables easy removal of end cap without any special tools.
All our pressure vessels are designed for a life of 10 million cycles and with burst pressure of 6 times the rated operating pressure. 100% of the pressure vessels are hydrotested at 1.5 times the design pressure before shipment.
Since it is not possible to carry delicate glassware out into the field for field tests, several companies/agencies/NGOs/Government laboratories have done a lot of work to bring out kits which use the titration principles but are light, can stand up to rough 'travel' and still give fairly accurate results.
These are field test kits which can be used anywhere and by anyone who can read the instructions. Titration involves using a chemical solution of a known strength in a burette to be added to a sample of water to be tested in a beaker/conical flask. A chemical indicator solution is also added to the water before titration. The solution from the burette is added to the sample in carefully controlled drops with the sample being continuously stirred. This addition is stopped when the colour of the sample changes. The burette reading taken after colour change is multiplied by a specific numerical factor.
This gives the quantity of the parameter tested for in the water in terms of mg/litre or parts per million (pm). All titration tests are colorimetric tests where a change in colour is an indication that the presence/absence of the parameter being tested had been ascertained.
