The windmills are situated at Sanganeri, Tirunelveli district, Gudimangalam Athukinathupatti & Uthukuli village Coimbatore district and Munduvelampatti Tirupur district. Windmills are of different capacities ranging from 225 kw to 1650 kw. Most of the wind power produced is captively consumed by the spinning units.
