We design and fabricate a wide variety of lances/injectors for demanding environments and challenging physical spaces.Whereas a header or spray bar is a pipe containing multiple nozzles, a lance is a pipe in which one nozzle is attached to the end of it (see photos). The lance can then be inserted into the target area. This could be a tank, a larger pipe, or a gas or fluid system. The purpose of the lance is to spray at a specific target (such as to clean a tank) or inject fluid into the system (such as gas conditioning).We can fabricate a nozzle lance to perform any spray requirement for you purpose.

Ejector These jet mixing eductors are placed in a vessel and fed by a recirculation line. The recirculated liquid sucks in surrounding liquid from the vessel, mixes with it, and is ejected. The ejected liquid promotes futher mixing by forming a swirling flow inside the vessel.

Steam: These offer a range of vacuum levels using steam as the motive fluid. Single stage units are for low vacuum use, while high vacuum applications require multistage designs with intercondensers.
Steam Jet Liquid: For transporting, discharging, or heating liquid with high speed steam as the motive fluid.
Liquid: Used to suck and mix, transport, or compress fluids using high speed fluid (usually water) as the motive medium.
Air: Installed in the suction line of a water sealed vacuum pump, using atmospheric air as the motive medium.
Solid Jet Ejector: For conveying solid throught venturi effect by ejector.
Dry Polymer Jet Vacuum Ejector: For agitating dry polymer granules with water in vessel.
Ejector systems are available for producing higher vacuum levels.

We present high quality Irrigation Sprinkler System at highly reasonable rates. Water is distributed through a system of pipes usually by pumping and sprayed in the air and irrigate entire soil surface through spray heads to break up in small water drops that falls on the ground. Cluster Head multiple spray full cone nozzles produce a cloud of consistently sized fine droplets. These multi-orifice nozzles produce a finer spray than a standard full cone, single orifice nozzle working at the same pressure and delivering the same quantity of liquid.Typical Applications Gas cooling, fire suppression, dust suppression.

The nozzle tips of Dovetail Type are usually mounted onto a pipe by means of a welded nipple and secured in place by a locknut. They can be easily be replaced with the assurance that the linear spray will be in the correct position because the dovetail maintains the correct orientation.
High Impact Nozzle
Flat, high impact, sharply defined spray pattern without heavy edges. This type of high velocity spray is excellent for cleaning applications. Spray angles of 15, 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, 95 and 110 degrees are available.
