Panel Moulded Doors have a wonderful appearance. Apart from the designs, the Door facings are textured. These can be polished or painted.
Panel Moulded Doors have high density, 3.0 mm thick Densified Wood Fibre (DWF) plates, compared to core veneer of 2.4 mm and face veneer of 0.4 mm used in flush doors. This gives them unmatchable durability.
The density of a DWF plate is around 900 kg/m3 compared to 550 kg/m3 of veneer wood which doubles the strength.
Glue Line internal Protection (GLP) Panel Moulded Doors are resistant to termites and borers.
Panel Moulded Doors are made of the best raw materials which are a result of extensive R & D and are designed to give superior performance.
