Ms.Shree Venus Energy manufactures Rigid Spiral Ducts using the State-of-the-art latest Hi-tech machines from Ms.Spiro International , Switzerland, the pioneers in manufacturing of Spiral duct machines in the World. The duct manufactured in this machine meets highest air tight classification as per International Standards. RANGE OF PRODUCTS: Diameter Range : From 80 mm dia to 1400 mm dia Thickness Range : 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm thickness Tube Length : Unlimited Material : Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Zinc, Galvanized CRCA Sheet, Stainless Steel or Plastic Coated Steel. Fittings: Different fittings like Elbows, Reducers are made in a specially designed Gorelocker machine from Ms.Spiro, Switzerland, ensures the uniformity of sizes and trouble free erection at site. Also, the air tighteners of classification meets the International Standards.

“Shree Venus” system are equipped with full fledged in – house facilities with CNC machine , State-of-the-Art machines for manufacture of Double Skin Insulated Plenum for air distribution application. Double skin plenum insulated with PIRPUF, Rockwool, Ceramic Wool, Fiberglass wool which meets Class O specifications.

Shree Venus Energy System manufactures Flexible Duct Connector with TDF Flanges which eliminates the duct system noises and vibrations. All air duct installations for heating, cooling or ventilation are attached to mechanical equipment containing a fan or blower. Vibrations noises and rattles resulting from operation of the fan or blower are transmitted into the metal ducts which carry the noises throughout the system. In order to isolate the vibration and noises to the source “Shree Venus” came out with a product called Flexible Duct Connector consisting of fabric which secured to sheet metal on both sides, without puncturing the cloth and hence increase the life of the Canvas and also the leakage of air will be “zero” through the canvass, which can be inserted between the equipment and the duct work

The spiral casing is manufactured using the State-of-the-Art machine imported from Ms.Spiro International from Switzerland and PUF injection is carried out by using the State-of-the-art SAIP machine imported from Italy which ensures the closed cell content is more than 90% and complete foaming of the annual spacers fixed in between the pipes and outer casing.

Shree Venus semi flexible duct are manufactured from a corrugated strip specially wound tp produce a tube with a double overlapped and crimped joint to ensure pressure tightness to 20c WG. Shree Venus Flxible Ducts uses double overlapped joint and extra deep corrugation to increase the flexability. Shree Venus semi flexible ducts are relatively self supporting without sagging while maintaining great cross section strength. Suitable for use in Chimney Hood. Shree Venus Flexible ducts are manufactured from the State-of-the-Art Australian Technology, are extremely versatile and flexible ducts are suitable for all high and low velocity air conditioning and ventilation systems. Shree Venus flexible ducts are manufactured by laminating high quality Aluminium foil, two ply polyester film over a high quality spring steel wire helix to give an excellent strength and flexibility. Shree Venus ducts are strong, durable and fire resistant with flexibility of being compressed to 10% of its extended length.
