For more efficient manufacturing Carbide & HSS cutting tools, Shree Diamond Tool Abrasives developed two series of bond system, polyimide and Hybrid bond.
Polyimide Bond is the best choice for small stock removal material. Polyimide bond offers very nice surface finish when resharpening cutting tools. Compare with normal resin bond, polyimide bond provides better performance in high temperature durability.
Hybrid Bond is newly developed for large stock removal and high feed speed in CNC machines. The key performance of Shree Diamond Tool hybrid bond is extremely high stock removal material to reduce cycle time and longer dressing cycle to improve tool life. Our hybrid wheel provides perfect performance in Fluting, Gashing and clearance operations for Carbide end mills, drills, and reamers.

Resin bond Double disc wheels are widely used for surface roughing and finishing top and bottom of precision parts, such as compressor cylinder, rotors, automobile parts, spring, semi-conductor parts, etc. The resin bond CBN double disc wheels provide perfect performance for a wide range material like HSS, mold steel, bearing steel, tool steel, spring steel, etc. The max OD can be 500mm and the max width of bonding section can be 200mm.
