The paper cup shaping Machine, PC 1000 is based on Program Logic Control Technology (PLC) with an advanced adjustment for rear axle. The machine forms single-wrap, two-piece cups. The PC1000 delivers a host of engineering innovations to ensure reliable, economical, high speed performance. The machine's tooling can be quickly changed in about two hours to produce another cup size. Every single operation in the machine is controlled by an Automatic Sensor Control System. Though rare, in the event of any malfunction during the manufacturing process of forming cups, the machine will automatically switch off. This special system ensures long life for the spares of the machine and minimizes paper wastage.

An easy-to-operate, free-standing control panel with graphic operator interface allows for basic machine control while displaying machine output data, defining faults, and providing diagnostic information with troubleshooting direction.

The machine can operate for 24 hours uninterruptedly, so as to meet the unpredictable demands of mass production. The mould system can be replaced with different size so as to enable the machine to manufacture several cup sizes ranging from 110 ml to 330 ml. The PC1000 forms single-wrap two-piece cups for hot and cold liquids, ice cream and other food products.

The machine automatically dies paper feeding. Sealing, bottom punching, bottom sealing, top-curling, ejecting and counting

Machine Description
  • Roll type sleeve should be loaded on the unwind station.
  • Web is unwound from the unwind unit through a unwind nip arrangement.
  • This web is then passed through a dancer unit; this unit maintains the required tension on the web.
  • Then the web passes through a decreaser, in this unit the web is opened fully.
  • In the cutting unit the sleeve is cut to the required length
  • This sleeve is then pushed over the body of the bottle through a sleeve pusher arrangement.
  • Bottles are feeded to the machine through a feed screw arrangement for proper pitching.
  • Bottles with the sleeve applied over the body comes out from the other side of the machine and pass through the shrink tunnel, where it gets shrinked

    • Approximately 1mtr from all sides of the machine. Hence clearance of 1mtr should be added to the actual size of the machine. i.e. 4 mtrs x 2.2mtrs x 3mtrs height.
