Shree Matangi Investment Casting Pvt. Ltd. is a 20 years old investment casting manufacturing company situated in a rapidly industrially growing western part of India in Ahmedabad Gujarat. We at SMICPL, strive for higher achievements with customer satisfaction by acquiring closer tolerances, better finish, meeting customer specification and higher quality standard in our products and services. The production capacity is 360 Metric tons per annum for manufacturing all ferrous grades such as Carbon steel, Alloy steel, Stainless steel, Super Alloy like Hastalloy, Monel. Any component from 10 grams to 51 Kg single piece can be casted achieving dimensional accuracy as per IS 11166 : 1993 and VDA P 690 D2 with less than 5 Ra value of surface finish. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with all major Quality control equipments, such as Single spark Spectrometer for Chemical Analysis, Universal Testing Machine for testing physical properties, Hardness Testing Machine, Die penetration Test, Magnetic Particle Test machine, Impact testing machine, static and dynamic load testing machine, All Types of Measuring Instruments etc. Lot of value addition as per customer requirement, are done over the castings such as Machining, Radiography/ UT, All types Special Heat treatment, such as Tuffriding, Nitriding, etc. additional Tests – such as Surface roughness test, Salt spray test, IGC Practice B, F, Impact Test Coating – Zinc passivation, Electro Polishing, Acid Pickling, Blackening. Qualified Manpower in all departments with vast experience in Investment Casting field are deployed to ascertain defect free castings and smooth production. Quality standard certification to international standardization are achieved for ISO – 9001:2015, PED 2014/68/EU Annex I sec. 4.3, AD 2000 Merkblatt W0, EN 764- Para 4.2, IATF 16949 : 2016. The foundry is IBR Approved and components are RoHS compliance.
