End Collars are designed with self-locking action, which are easy to assemble, time saver and having strong grip. The five standard size Bows can be configured to any hole dia. These Bows with extended profile prevent them from hitting against casing collars. These can be shipped in half assembled condition for economy in shipping and storage costs. These are available in 4 1/2" to 20" sizes. Any special sizes or combination can available on request.

The Slip On Welded Cement Basket comprises of slip-on type high strength with flexible bows that are mounted on the end collar. The cement basket has ability to accommodate much larger than nominal hole sizes. They are available in 4 to 30 sizes and any kind of specific sizes. With this type of design cement basket can be rotated and reciprocated. This type of Cement Basket is available with welded and non-welded convexshape bows.

Sledge Hammer Cementing plugs are manufactured of graded rubber that is fused upon a composite or Aluminum core. This top plug can be used when dual plug system is not required and Bottom cementing plug can be used when dual plug system is required. These plugs are completely PDC drillable. Operating range of temperature with Aluminum core is up to 200 degree Fahrenheit. Plug can be ordered for higher operating temperature and operation in either synthetic or mud fluids.

SledgeHammer's Cementing Head is designed to hold a cementing plug before it is pumped down the casing during the cementing operation. In most operations, a bottom plug is launched before the spacer or cement slurry. The top plug is released from the cement Head after the spacer fluid. A manifold incorporated into the cement head assembly allows connection of a fluid circulation line.

The Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar comprises of two parts and hinged at two ends making an angle of 180 degree. This hinged Stop Collar has an internal groove and these are available in 4 1/2 " to 20 " sizes+ any sizes in which a spiral locking pin is inserted. This tightens the collar to the casing firmly. It can be latched on the casing pipe without having to be slipped on. This cementing product is easy to install and most effective where annual low clearance received. The stop collars are coated with to polyester powder which prevents it from getting rust.

SledgeHammer Oil Tools developed the bridge plug and cement retainer with their accessories. This tool is used for isolation of wellbore. There are the two types, either it will be permanent type or retrievable type. Sledgehammer has permanent type. It may be set by mechanically or hydraulically. This tool is easily convertible in bridge plug to cement retainer and vise versa.

The SledgeHammer's Non-Ferrous Tubing Centralizer is a tubing case centralizer which is not only used to centralize (keep standoff) the casing but also to provide protection to down hole casing cables. As down hole cables are more likely to get damaged due to crushing between the production tubing couplings and the casing internal diameter, cost the industry millions of pounds in unscheduled work overs and recompletions. But today cable damage seems to be virtually unheard of because of the presence of products like mid-joint protectors, Control line protector, and ESP Clamps etc.
