We at M/s. MAYURESH ENGINEERING WORKS, engaged in manufacturing of C.I. Alloy, S.C. Alloy , Steel Castings , Metal Machining & S.G. Iron castings. We are producing 200 M.T. of good castings per month, with adequate facility of machine shop. 75 % of supply is of machine component. Our total production capacity is 400 M.T. per month. Our casting supply is to Automotive and Engineering Industry (list attached) for their indigenous and export requirement. Having certification (ISO 9001: 2008) to supply castings under the stringent quality norms, our systems at work have become foolproof to produce and maintain quality of the castings and standards as continuous process. With the advent of liberal Economic policy of the Govt. of India, large investments are being made by the Indian industries to cater market requirements. To keep the pace with the industries, we have made an investment and brought in new induction furnace and CNC/VMC machines for machine shop. Adding another dimension to our business, we have started new steel casting foundry in the name of M/s. SHREE SIDHRAJ ENGINEERING PVT. LTD., to be a company of a standard to cater the indigenous and export requirements. The production capacity of the foundry is 80 M.T. per month, with single piece capacity of 500 kgs. We can produce 160 M.T. of castings per month. We are constantly on the move to improve and maintain our quality.
