The stopper mechanism equipment corresponds to the high requirements of an exact control of steel flow in a continuous casting machine. It is during the torch cutting stage of the casting process that the instantly disclosed method contributes to the efficiency of the process and the quality of the finished product. Near the end of the casting process, the slab, bloom or billet is cooled, straightened and transferred on roller tables to a cut-off machine, which cuts the product into ordered lengths. This cutting is typically affected by torches.

A Pusher is manufactured from heavy duty pipe. The thumbs welded on the pipe are all in water level with respect to the centre of pipe. There is continuous water flow when the Thumbs are welded to pipe, the water flow helps in avoiding distortion of the pipe, due to heat of welding. Our Carbon Injector has been designed to sustain the specific flow-rates required by the different lancing methods in use. Carbon fines is filled from the top to the vessel with the help of a filling valve (Ball valve) and a small receiving-hopper with air-vibrator.The filling process is controlled by the load-cell & weight-indicator. At the bottom of the vessel, there is a fluidization cone with Horizontal rotary feeder which feeds the carbon at the controlled rate to the pipe-line going to the carbon-lance through solenoid-operated pneumatic-valve. It gives better control on feeding rate and better life of feeder also. We are manufacturing water cool moulds for casting round billets of copper & brass. Our liners are centrifugally casted; the id is grinded to achieve a smooth surface for the billet. Our moulds are specially designed as the water flow inside keeps the liner cool and the billets are casted properly. We also have an additional feature of safety disc in our moulds, to avoid any accidents due to inside pressure.  Mould would consist of M.S. Jacket accommodating centrifugally cast, heat resisting C.I.
