The Kerb Paver Machine is a compact extrusion type equipment for casting continuous Kerbs, Kerb & channel and other concrete formation used in Road Construction.The Machine has Electric/Hydraulic controls for three operating functions of height, line and cross level.
The machine has 16 HP petrol engine with smooth running, low vibrations with electric ignitions. Automatic sensor for steering & height controls that follow the reference line, it can produce kerbing to the close tollerences. Our kerb casting machines are capable for excellent operating speed of 60 mtr/hour.
The kerb machine is designed for casting kerbs of dimension 475 x 475 mm with zero slump concrete ratio. The mix concrete can be fed into the machine from a concrete transit mixer or tractor trolley.The maximum range of mould shape available with machine its excellent performence.
Wet Collectors (Pollution Unit) For Drum Mix Plants With the mixing process can be found thermodrum two types of emmisions. particles and "blue smoke". The most efficient method to collect sufficient quantities of these particulate emissions, so that the air cleaner exhaust is wet type collector. These collectors wet type operate on the principle of wet dust entrained in the stream particules exhaust and trapping them in the water droplets which is filled with exhaust gases and is drained from the system in the form of water sludge.

The exhaust gas laden with dust is removed from the drum mixer and the venturi by the exhaust fan. In thoat Venturi. the exhaust gas passes thriugh a water spray introduced by a spray bar multiple nozzle. The dust particles in the exhaust gas stream are "surrounded" by the water spray and moisten.
Extreme turbulence promotes the venturi narrow intimate contact of the water and dust particles to ensure through mixing. As the exhaust gas enters the separator, the dust-laden water is removed by the centrifugal action of a perforated plate skimmer. Water is drained dust ladon them out into the separator in the form of an aqueous slurry in an adjustment tank.

High pressure in the exhaust gas stream ensures more efficient operation Venturi Collector with less maintanance. The exhaust gas stream more than double the rate of speed as it is forced through the venturi and the turbulence creates extreme fast aceleration the exhaust gas stream, causing a highly effective mixing action between the particles and efficient of dust and spray water from the fully assembled adjustable venturi having a throat actuator driven by a coating which is controlled from the operator cousole. This erraits "Fine tuning" to get the cleanliness efficiecy optimal operating conditions of the plant.
Setting pond should be constructed of sufficient size and capacity depending on the water wet sump model used to heat the drum. The tank has a volume adjustment roughly equivalent to the amount of water passing through the manifold wet hour. The creation pond sample is divided into three sections by landfills. The sludge from the separator enters the section A, where most of the particles to settle before flowing into the next section B, When the water enters the section C, is abundantly clear to recirculation.

Sidharatha manufactures mini bitumen sprayers in the capacities 2.5 Tons, 3 Tons. These mini sprayers come equipped with standard tank of capacity 2500 Ltr, 3000 Ltr with burner, engine, air compressor, bitumen pump.
Spraying in these mini tar sprayers is by the use of a hand spray nozzle.Tank is fabricated by a 5 mm MS sheet and is coated by 40 mm glass wool. This is done to prevent heat loss. The outer covering is galvanized. Galvanized tank is better as it has long life due to its anti-corrosion properties.
Single high pressure oil burner for adequate heating of viscose binder with oil consumption of 7-8 Liters/ hrs.Burner is compatible with Diesel.Single stage air cooled diesel engine of 6.5 HP at 1500 RPM.Engine powers bitumen pump and air compressor.Fuel consumption is 0.7-1 liters per hour.Return line is provided to transfer the extra bitumen into the tank.
Pressure in the hand spray nozzle can be regulated by opening and closing the cock given on the return line.A cleaning system is provided with the sprayer near the bitumen pump.At the end of day bitumen flow has to be off and entire spray line and hand spray nozzle can be cleaned by using air pressure and diesel.

Exclusive Etnyre Variable Width Hoppers change spread width on the move.The variable width hopper hydraulically extends and retracts while spreading to cover the entire road and shoulder in one pass. The hopper width is adjusted with a switch in the hopper controls located at the driver's seat and the right front station.
Two independant spread hoppers work in unison. Width is variable on the left side, right side, or both sides at once.The 18' spread hopper retracts to under 10' with the flip of a switch and is ready for transport only seconds after finishing a job. Hopper is available in four sizes.
