We offer are a highly efficient and economical means of heating small to large volumes of liquids 'in-line.' The liquid to be heated is enhanced through a specially designed sparger nozzle where it emerges at high velocity as a multitude of liquid droplets. Small liquid droplets provide a considerably larger surface area upon which steam can condense than a solid stream of liquid of equal volume flowrate. Steam is presented into the liquid flow through designed nozzle and the inlet to the diffuser section of the heater.

 

Advantages : Advantage of using a steam sparger which gives less hammer shock. Well designed steam sparger can be also used to heat liquid in the tanks by providing a control loop with steam control valve.

We offer Two phase Liquid coalescer Design which describes the use of various media and methods employed to increase plant productivity. When two liquids are immiscible, or non-soluble in one another, they can form either an emulsion or a colloidal suspension. In either of these mixtures, the dispersed liquid forms droplets in the continuous phase. In a suspension, the droplets are less than one micron in diameter and the liquids cannot readily be separated. In the chemical process industries droplet sizes are typically greater than this and/or the purities required can be achieved easily with separation of light colloidal component of the mixed stream.

  • Vortex Breaker - Sigma'C Process Engineering offers a selection of conventional and customized Vortex Breakers that enable organizations to choose the best possible option for maximum outputs. The Vortex Breaker is a rotary brake for junk traps. The ready-to-install retrofit set extends the service life of knife gate valves and facilitates reliable functioning of the trap. The separated liquids are drawn from the bottom of the vessel at the furthermost position from the inlet as possible. Effective vortex breakers ensure that the oil is not contaminated with gas or the water with oil. These devices are normally manufactured by the vessel fabricator.
  • Perforated Baffle plate & Weir plate - Sigma'C Process Engineering provides a perforated baffle plate & Weir plate design and its supply. Perforated baffle plate is fitted to downstream of the inlet device in a separator and subsequently the weir plate. Perforated baffle plate intended to distribute the liquid flow evenly over a cross section exposed to the coalscer pack. Sigma'C Process Engineering offers a well-designed, adjustable weir plate with many advantages over traditional designs. The weir plate is designed to run the full width of the separator. This helps to minimize unwanted surges within the unit that are deleterious to efficient functioning of the separator.
