We are offering tube mill machine. Tube mills: tube mill machinery is used to manufacture electric resistance welded (erw) tubespipes. The tubes are formed by rolling hrcr steel strips and welding along the length of the tube by hf welding machines. We are offering hr/cr slitting machine. Hrcr slitting machine also called slitting line is used for slitting wider hrcr sheet (in coil form) into strips of specific width. Our company manufactures series of slitting machine slitting lines, with capacity range from 5 tons to 30 tons, maximum strip thickness upto 10 mm, max. Coil width upto 2000mm and max. Speed upto 60mmin. The slitting line normally includes decoiler, hydraulic jackcoil lifter, horizontal guide rolls pinch rolls, stock guide roll vertical guide roll assembly, scrap winder, slitter, recoiler with pusher, over arm separator, hydraulic system, coil unloader etc. Our slitting machinesslitting lines are considered to be best in class tube mill machinery due to its reliability, preciseness in cuts, production speed and cost effectiveness. the production line is widely used for slitting metallic sheet coils of cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, etc.

We are offering tube mill rolls. In erw tube mill machinery a set of rolls are used for rolling the hrcr strips to form tubepipehollow sections. The preciseness and durability of the rolls are very important for formation of a good quality of tubepipe. For durability of the rolls we use en-31high carbon high chrome ( d2, d3 ) material and these rolls are hardened for longer life. We manufacture roll sets for tube mills with size range from ½” to 14”. The rolls manufactured by us are precise in specifications and are durable. Although the material used for the rolls are as per the choice of the customers among en-31 and high carbon high chrome but for longer life of the rolls we recommend the use of high carbon high chrome material for tube mill rolls.

We are offering tube/pipe threading machines. This machine is used for cutting external thread on steel pipe by chasing method. Hss tangential chasers are used as cutters. Pipe remains stationery and die head rotates. Bsp, bspt, npt, unf, bsw & acme threads can be cut on this machine depending upon the type of chasers. The machine mainly includes base, head stock, saddle, pillar type clamping vice & die head. We recommend the use of our tube threading machine along with tube mill machinery for its preciseness & reliability.
