CPL Resin Coated Plywood is manufactured using imported Gurjan / Kuring, timber veneer, bounded with high quality Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin conforming to IS : 848-I974 under high pressure and temperature. CPL Resin Coated Plywood is immune to severe climatic conditions and the effects of cold, warm and boiling water. CPL Resin Coated Plywood is very dimensionally stable and extremely and can be used number of times to save your shuttering cost.

CPL Steel Marine Plywood provided by us is made of 100% Gurjan wood (i.e., the logs are 80-90 years matured) that is found in tropical forest of Malaysia, Myanmar and Indonesia and is technological proven to be the best raw material for manufacturing quality plywood, i.e., Class-I, durable type hardwood. The durability and grade of testability of CPL Steel Marine Plywood is based on researches undertaken by the Forest research Institute & College, Dehradun as depicted in App-B (CI:7.3) of IS:401: 1962. In CPL Steel Marine Plywood offered by us, each and every layer of veneers is treated individually, with Boric Borex Solution. Also, glue line poisoning is done to further augment the timber durability, for longer life under several conditions of services.

We apply a well phenol formaldehyde synthetic adhesive of boiling water proof grade as IS: 848: 1974, hot pressed under controlled temperature and high pressure for specific time. The final product is treated with CCB preservative solution as per IS: 5539-1969 with retention of preservatives on solid basis.

It is pressed under high pressure and temperature, treated with specific preservatives of high retention conforming to 1S : 5539-1969.

CPL Gold Marine Plywood is therefore boiling water proof at 100º for 108 hrs. Dimensionally stabel and ideal for long lasting services. Marine Plzwood can withstand rigorous climatic conditions, alternate dry and wet weather. It is also termite resistant, borer & Powder proof Structurally strong, dimensionally stable and long lasting, the product can be used separately under varying climatic conditions.
