Dynamic Sealing Pumps

  • Temperature 160°C
  • Capacity (Maximum) 1, 000 m3/hr.
  • Head (Maximum) 140 m
  • Working Pressure 40 kg/cm2
Benefits of Dynamic Sealing Pump- These specially developed pump for juice application use no external Mechanical Sealing arrangement. The dynamic sealing pump is the most economical way to substantially reduce maintenance cost and make the pumps absolutely leak proof. Upgrade your existing Pumps to Dynamically Sealed arrangement. Features- Back pull out type bearing frame assembly. Hydraulically balanced, closed impeller for long life and high efficiency performance. Heavy duty shaft with maximum deflection less than 0.05mm. Jacketed convertible stuffing box utilizing gland packing or mechanical seal. Special designed stainless steel impeller nut with helical spring insert to lock the impeller properly. Heavy sections to withstand high pressure and temperature. Standard bearings are designed for a minimum average life of 20000 hours. Oil lubrication.

Torque Flow Pumps – Stf

  • Discharge Sizes N.D. 25 – 500 mm
  • Capacity Upto 1500m3/hr.
  • Head Upto 100 Mtrs.
  • Solid Handled Upto 250 mm
Torque Flow Pumps is very suitable where normal stock pumps cannot handle liquids due to plugging or abrasive wear. The principal of the hydrodynamic liquid coupling is used for the energy transfer to the pumping liquid. The impeller generates a whirlpool in the casing and this whirlpool acts as a pumping element (impeller) in the casing. Features- Un-obstructed passage to the discharge size of the pump. Handles large solids & long fibers. Gentle pumping action, no flocs / crystal damage. Low maintenance cost, no sealing rings on impeller, no small clearances to be maintained. Handles abrasive slurries. Handles vulnerable products like vegetables, fish, crystals etc. Vibration free running due to hydraulically balanced construction. Low leakage.

Horizontal And Vertical Axial Flow Pumps – Saf & Svaf

  • Capacity (Maximum) 40, 000 m3/hr
  • Head (Maximum) 300 mtrs.
  • Temperature 95°C
  • Working Pressure 35 kg/cm2
This range of pumps offer widest range of selection depending upon the pumping liquid from clear water to varying degrees of contamination. These pumps are designed to operate at 50Hz or 60 Hz, in single or more than one stage according to head required. Features- Vertical pumps take little space in plan since the liquid is led away to the axis of shaft. The impeller is submerged, so pump does not require to be primed and is always ready for use. The positive suction condition also prevents the cavitation in the pump and pitting in impeller & diffuser. Due to positive head at suction the pump gives its rated performance as well as high overall efficiency, whereas in Horizontal pumps due to losses in suction line, foot valve etc. the rated performance of the pumps is not achieved.

Horizontal Mixed Flow Pumps – SMF

  • Capacity (Maximum) 7, 000 m3/hr.
  • Head (Maximum) 45 m
  • Temperature 50°C
  • Working Pressure 4 kg/cm2
The SMF series are single-stage centrifugal pumps suitable for handling pure or contaminated liquids in large quantities. These pumps are of robust construction and have long working life. These pumps are highly efficient resulting in low energy consumption. Features- Semi-open impeller, hydraulically balanced Handles abrasive slurries High flow up to 7000 M3 Heavy duty bearing for maximum life

Multistage High Pressure Pumps

  • Capacity (Maximum) 300 m3/hr.
  • Head (Maximum) 600 m
  • Temperature 150°C
  • Working Pressure 150 kg/cm2
The robust design of multistage high pressure pumps like Suction and discharge have integrally cast centerline supports where the Top suction and discharge connection are located in the same plane. In this design Piping stressers are thereby transmitted directly to the baseplate, avoiding possible casing distortion. These pumps have the unique ability that Multi-vane diffusers maintain radial balance at all flows. The Multistage Pumps are designed and manufactured in such a way that Balancing disc absorbs all hydraulic thrust and the faces of the disc cannot contact under any flow condition or at rest. Features- Suction and discharge have integrally cast centerline supports. Top suction and discharge connection are located in the same plane. Balancing disc absorbs all hydraulic thrust. The faces of the disc cannot contact under any flow condition or at rest. Enclosed impellers with extra long hubs are completely interchangeable. They are dynamically balanced and independently positioned on the shaft. Interstage bushings for trouble free operation. Separate extra deep stuffing boxes, subject to suction pressure only. Water jackets and mechanical seals are available.
