Etching Plates

Electro chemical milling mainly used In Metal etching, PCB etching, FPC etching, Precision parts etching, Cutting Dies & Hot stamping dies etching, nameplate & medal etching, Decoration plate etching and so on. Material can be stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, zinc, magnesium and so on. Photo-Etching Method? The photo-etching method, or chemical machining on plate, is a sophisticated system for engraving small pieces, usually complicated, with minimal dimensional tolerance, able to compete very well with the traditional systems of mechanical engraving. What's "photo-etching"? The method of photo etching, or chemical machining, is a sophisticated system to cut and engrave with precision metal plates, even very thin ones, that replaces to your advantage the traditional shearing and engraving. The drawing of the requested pieces is made on the computer, and then "photographed" on the metal plate. An elaborated process of acid baths melts the margins, cuts and engraves the plates even on several levels.

Marking Equipment

Carco Automated Contact Marking Systems are designed to reliably put neat, clean ink marks on a surface upon demand. The systems have two basic components; the spring marker head, which puts the mark on the part, and the ink pump, which supplies marking fluid to the spring marker head. Typically, the ink pump will re-supply the marking headnib assembly once every 10 to 20 marks - the result is the ability to mark 10, 000 to 20, 000 parts per every ounce of marking fluid. Carco Non-Contact Marking Systems are often integrated with Ultrasonic, Non-Destructive (NDT), Metal Detection and Eddy Current Test equipment to visually allow verification of defect.
