CTC Tool Cuttersare manufactured from imported AISI M15 high speed steel. These cutters are available both in LH and RHforms .Cutters are available different angles as customers demand. Optimum combination of microstructure, grain size and hardness are ensured in heat treatment for durable performance. On specific demand cutters are also made from AISI M-35 / M-42 / M-2 and other HSS grades of customers choice. Hardness of TTI cutters is 66/68 HRC for M-15 and other grades of super-high speed steel. 64/66 HRC for M2 and other grades of conventional high speed steel. Heavy Duty Precision Lathe Machineare highly used in many industrial applications like heavy duty operations of turning, facing and screw cutting and other applications. Lathe Bed is of close grained alloy castings duly flame hardened & ground with Brinell hardness of over 300 Bhn. Head stock gears of special alloy steel duly hardened and profile ground. Head stock spindle is of hardened ground and runs in anti friction taper roller bearings. Quick change Norton type gear box provides wide range of inch / mm threads & feeds. Switch shaft for forwarding/reverse rotation of spindle. Accuracy is tested as per Is: 1878 (Part I) 1971.
