WALNUT SHELL BLASTING MEDIA

Our Walnut Shells are a type of abrasive blast media used for cleaning. Typical substrates are metals, fiberglass, woods, plastics and stone. Walnut shell does not cause silicosis.

Smartkid will aid in formulating the appropriate sizes from coarse to extra fine depending on the application.

WALNUT SHELL DEBURRING AND POLISHING MEDIA

Our Walnut shells are used in polishing and deburring applications including for polishing and cleaning fine metals, alloys, mechanical parts, shell cartridges, eye glass lens, rocks, stones, coral, ivory, fine and artificial jewelry. Smartkid will aid in formulating the custom grit size.

Our walnut shell is used as lost circulation material (LCM). Our walnut shell is available in Coarse, Medium and Fine grit sizes. Packaging as required.

COSMETIC WALNUT SHELL GRIT

Cosmetic Walnut shell grit manufactured in our plant at Alwar, Rajasthan, India is extensively used as an

exfoliate in facial, body and foot scrubs. Smartkid will aid in formulating the custom grit sizes desired.

Available in standard 25 kg packaging in woven HDPE/PP/bags/paper bags or custom packaging as required.

WALNUT SHELL FILLERS AND EXTENDERS

Our Walnut shell is used in many applications as a filler or extender in Paint, coating materials, resins, pigments, plywood, adhesives, ceramics, tile and livestock feed. Smartkid will aid in the formulation of the sizes from coarse walnut shell to walnut shell flour.
