Construction:
The workstation features a complete stainless steel construction for both the embalming trolley & embalming machine. Pharmacy Isolator

Jindal isolation systems provide inherently superior sterility compared to open front clean air devices such as laminar flow clean benches and Class II biological safety cabinets. USP797 guidelines specify that isolators may be situated in an area subject to less severe environmental controls compared with open front clean air devices. The pharmacy isolators are also for H1N1 applications. The pharmacy isolators are a cost-effective solution especially for lower-volume pharmacies. They reduce operating and renovation costs, take up less space, and are easier to maintain. The negative pressure, recirculating model is suitable for work involving hazardous materials, antineoplastic, or cytotoxic compounding applications.
The work zone and pass-thru interchange are under negative pressure to the room in order to maintain operator protection.
When hazardous drugs compounds have the potential to volatilize, the negative pressure, recirculating isolator should be selected.

Construction

The outer body of the isolator is made of Mild Steel duly powder coated. The work surface is made of thick stainless steel. The side panels have windows of thick acrylic for viewing purposes.



Air Flow and Filtration

The ambient air is pulled through the inlet pre-filter and then through the HEPA filter. This filtered air is then made to enter the work area. This creates a laminar and particle free environment inside the isolator to protect the work material inside the chamber and pass - thru. Now the air from the work zone and pass-thru is quickly purged by the fans to keep the area clean. The main fan pulls approximately 90% of the purged air back to the plenum and passing through the HEPA down flow filter again, it is recirculated back to the work zone and pass-thru. This high rate of air flow re-circulation helps to prolong filter life. The Jindal double-wall design creates a dynamic Chamber plenum which surrounds contaminated areas with negative pressure, preventing the possibility of contamination from leaks in filter seal, gasket or cabinet structure. Pass Box

Introduction
The pass box is equipment normally installed on the wall between the clean room and any other room. It is used for transfer of material from and into the clean room, without contaminating the air of clean room and without having to open room door. This is achieved with the help of interlocking type doors of pass box.

Principal of Working
This equipment is installed on the wall between the clean room and the other room. The pass box has two doors at its extreme ends. One door opens in the clean room and other door open in the other room. These doors are electrically interlocked type so that any one door can be opened at a time. This avoids direct flow of air from the clean room to the other room or vice versa. This also obviates the need to open the clean room door frequently for transferring of material from & into the clean room. Thus, it helps in achieving the aim of material transfer without disturbing the cleanliness level of the clean room.

Construction

PCR Work Station

Jindal PCR work station has been designed to create an application solution for the manipulation and amplification of DNA and RNA. Cross-contamination during amplification of DNA and RNA can lead to results that are inaccurate. These results cost the lab technician valuable time and consume expensive reagents. Incorporating a clean air system into the procedure minimizes the potential for cross-contamination.

This is a compact laminar flow enclosure that reduces the risk of contamination while performing polymerase chain reaction experiments. Particulate matter is swept away by a constant flow of Class 100 HEPA filtered air.

In addition, the PCR Workstation has a built-in UV sterilizer. Between amplifications simply place all pipettes, tubes and flasks in the cabinet and press the UV switch. After five minutes, the UV light will automatically switch off and potentially contaminating DNA and RNA will have been destroyed.

The compact design ensures that the PCR Workstation takes up no more bench space than normally used for PCR work, while the open front gives unhindered access for sample preparation.


In addition, the PCR Workstation has a built-in UV sterilizer. Between amplifications simply place all pipettes, tubes and flasks in the cabinet and press the UV switch. Jindal Centrifuge Balance is a specially designed electronic differential scale for a peculiar use in a Blood Bank. It measures two weights simultaneously and displays weight difference instantaneously.

The first step in plasma separation from the whole blood is loading of blood bags in high speed centrifuge machine. Before loading the blood bag, the weights of the two loads (each blood bag + bucket) have to be balanced in such a way that their weights should be the same or very close to each other. Construction

Jindal Ovens are sturdy, with double walled construction. Inner chamber made of ALUMINIUM or STAINLESS STEEL sheet. Outer chamber is made of mild steel sheet duly powder coated. The gap between the walls is filled up with special grade glass wool for proper insulation to avoid heat losses. Inner chamber has ribs for placing the shelves at convenient levels. Supplied with 2 or 3 removable shelves. The oven door is mounted on heavy hinges with a handle. Door is duly insulated.



Elements

Heating elements are made of high quality nichrome wire which are put inside beads and placed at the bottom and in both the side ribs for uniform temperature all over the work space. Other type of heaters like Jacket heater, Rod Heater, Sheet heaters are also available for specific requirements.

Water Bath Incubator Shaker

The basic construction is double walled with 100% leak proof inner chamber of thick polished Stainless Steel sheet & has smooth inside working surface. Various environmental impacts during manufacture, storage, transport and use can have a negative effect on the function and service life. Jindal climate chamber is designed to simulate different climates and/or seasonal climates and climate zones, in particular for long-term and accelerated stability tests.

During the design and development phase of this new model climate chamber great importance is placed on energy-saving climate conditioning systems, maintenance-free temperature conditioning and humidification systems as well as comprehensive documentation.
Stability tests as per the ICH guideline, climate tests in which the climate remains constant as per DIN 50 014 and IEC 60 068-2-3 and additional standards can be easily performed. The machine can also be used as a temperature test chamber. The well-designed basic units together with numerous options allows for versatility.

Constructional features

The test inner chamber is made of high grade polished stainless steel. The outer casing is made of Mild steel sheet duly powder coated or stainless steel sheet as per requirement.
The vapor-tight welded high gloss stainless steel chamber is easy to clean. The machine compartment containing low noise compressor and an air cooled condenser is situated below the test space. The temperature conditioning and humidification elements required for the fast achievement of the desired climate values are located in the test chamber behind the air circulation panel. The air is drawn out of the test chamber over the specimens via large-scale fans and routed via the heat exchanger and humidification system for conditioning. The air is then rerouted to the test chamber via a special air circulation systems near the door. The temperature and humidity sensors are located in the air flow direction before the air enters the test chamber, thus ensuring that the specimens are conditioned to the specified climate values.A highly precise resistance thermometer Pt 100 as per 1/3 DIN is used for measuring the temperature and a 1/3 DIN resistance thermometer with cotton wick for measuring humidity or a capacitive humidity sensor is used. Jindal viscometer bath is a table top model with double walled construction is ideally suited for petroleum experiments or research work requiring very precisely controlled temperature with an accuracy of 0.1C of digital temp. Controller.
