SOMNATH DE-STONER,  are most accepted & compact destoning machines for Indian grain millers and exporters. This machine is the most accepted machine throughout India due to its high destoning performance, low power consumption and trouble-free operation. Therefore, removing stones from the Grain is essential to process for every miller and exporter, however, it is nearly impossible for conventional screening machines to remove small stones similar to sugar and rice size.

CAPACITY 4 TON/HR ON RICE

The screen of machine is designed to use corrugated long hole cylinder for sizing of grain. The thinner grain/ black grain which is size less then the hole of the cylinder is discharged and screw collector diverts carried large material to the end of the cylinder discharge system.
For the cleaning of the screen the incorporation of antic logging device the screen (Cylinder) are kept clean all the times . This machine is very easy to operate & change of the screen can be done by the one man.

OperationThe grader consist of a horizontal cylinder made of high tensile steel sheets segments with pressed pocket shaped indentation, Which separates rice according to the length. The grain is input at one end of the cylinder. Specially formed spreaders in the cylinder rapidly distribute the rice to ensure that all the grains come into contact with the indent surface of the cylinder.
The unbroken rice been of longer flows over the pocket and broken rice are caught in the pockets, as the cylinder rotates they are lifted upto a certain point after which they drop out into a collecting through and are removed. By screw conveyor by a worm and wheel mechanism, the trough can be made to swivel about a central axis and fixed in any desired position. An indicator show the position of through.
The cylinder can be easily dismantled for the cleaning of the indents because cylinder consists of two segments. The variable drive pully rotates the cylinder at desired speed.
