Spacechem has nearly 2 decades of experience in the field of heavy Industrial Steel Fabrication, jumbo size customized structures and equipment. It is the leading vendor for the public sectors Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL), National Thermal Power Cooperation (NTPC) and Indian Railways. BHEL is regularly buying Boiler Ducts and Columns for Power Plants.

The Companys production unit can handle a capacity of 1500 M. Tons per month of Heavy Fabrications, Structures and 500 Tons per month of Custom Fabricated Equipment as per project or customers drawings. Production Units are located in industrial states of Ghaziabad on National Highway. It is 20 km from New Delhi. The company has been certified for Management Systems as per ISO 9001-2008.

Spacechem is approved by RDSO for fabrication of steel girders for bridges. Manufacturing shops of Spacechem at Ghaziabad are inspected and approved by RDSO based on the latest manufacturing equipment, fabrication shop, testing facilities, QAP, trained manpower, etc for Steel Bridge Girder Fabrication. Manufacturing facilities are as given in STR (Schedule of Technical requirements) issued by RDSO.

Railway contractors of Road Over Bridges (ROBs) are sourcing their fabricated steel bridge girders, beams and boxes from Spacechem as RDSO is supposed to inspect the fabrication of all open web girders and first 1000 MT of plate girders for any vendor. RDSO shall continue to inspect girders as both external sources and internal sources are to be stabilized.

Spacechem has latest Auto CNC Steel Plate Cutting, Assembly, Robotic Submerge Arc Welding, Flange Straightening, Grinding, Die-penetration, Blasting, Painting, Testing and Quality Control for fabrication of Beams, Boxes for Bridges and heavy structures from prime quality steel plates. The separate automatic welding lines are specially designed for Beams and Boxes. Welding of bolts on fabricated beams and girders are also done by Automatic Stud Welding Machine.

Spacechem manufacture large sizes of heavy H-beams, Boxes and Steel Girder with imported automatic Fabrication and Assembly Lines comprising of CNC Plate Cutting Machine, Assembly Machine, Submerged Arc Welding, Straightening and Face Milling Machine followed by CNC Drilling, Blasting, Metalizing and Airless Painting.

Spacechem have a production capacity of 1, 000 tons per month of Plate Fabricated Beams, Boxes and Girders, which are used extensively in construction of power plants, bridges, refineries, airports, flyovers, metro rail projects, steel plants, industrial structures, multi-storied buildings, shopping malls and stadiums.
