Valve Assembly being a vital part of the compressor, strenuous efforts are made to perfect it in all its facets. With experience of more than 30 years our Technocrats have made stupendous efforts for manufacturing of the perfect Valves. We also have well engineers who can design the Valves according to the requirements of the process.  From selection of the correct raw material to the final Leak Check all quality parameters are followed for manufacturing these Valves by our skilled workmen. We also design valves and have skilled engineers for designing the Valves. Different types of Material are used in different applications : AISI 4130, Stailess Steel 420, 304 or 316

Valve Plates, Spring Plates, Damper plates are the vital parts of the Valve Assembly   Keeping in mind their importance in the Valve Assembly in the compressor, sophisticated and latest techniques are used in the manufacturing process for all the internals. As known the performance of the Valves depends on the internals and the quality of internals. We use the latest Techniques for  manufacturing  the internals. We manufacture Valve plates of Stainless Steel 420 or PEEK Plastic material. The material is selected according to its application. Our engineers go through the complete application of the compressor before deciding the material Stainless Steel Plates: We use 420 Stainless for manufacturing Valve Plates, Spring Plates and Damper Plates. in some applications SS316, Inconell, 17-7ph or PEEK is used.  Keeping in mind the importance of the part we use the best process for manufacturing of these plates involves Laser Cutting, Heat treatment, Grinding, Lapping, Deburring and Polishing.

The Compressors are manufactured at our Works in New Delhi with High Quality checks to give maximum performance with minimum consumption.The High cooling efficiency due to specially designed Cylinders, Pulley and Finned Inter cooler Tubes.The Connecting Rod and Crank Shaft are made of high quality forged steel, Hardened and Ground to give best performance Valves the heart of Compressor are made of Best Steel to give best performance.

We can supply various types of Crank Shaft and Connecting Rods, Cross Heads for Compressors.

We have a range of Bi-metal Bearings and Bushes. Bushings, Plain Bearings, Sleeve Bearings operate with sliding motion between the moving surfaces. Bushings are selected based on the different working conditions. Different types of Gaskets and O Rings made as per required material. We are an experienced gaskets manufacturer . All our employees are highly skilled and are accustomed with all the major and minor details of gasket manufacturing.
