Spectrum security services see it mission as providing alternative to crime, alcoholism and substance abuse among industry workers and young people. We offer personal security and industry security assurance and is managed by Ex-defence officers and persons and professional people from security services. We have deployed around two hundred fifty security staff and providing security services to Industries, Banking Residential complexes, Corporate offices, Construction sites, Shopping malls and Commercial complexes etc. Mr. Prakash Sawale, Managing Director. I am Ex serviceman (Indian Navy). I am a Engineer & MDBA ( Symbiosis ). I have been actively involved in management of security operations for past 09 years. I have significant and relevant experience in all aspects of security services. I have built an extensive network of relation with security professionals in both government and non-governmental organizations. I have been guiding Spectrum Security services to realize that constant change is the only step forward towards the future of our company. A strong motivator who has led my team with extreme hard work, loyalty and is a firm believer of old saying “WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH GETS GOING”. Our Guards We strongly believe that our guards are ambassadors and therefore their performance and personality reflect upon our Standards. To ensure that the guards match up to the high Standards in quality, all our guards have to undergo a selection process where they are screened for their qualities of intelligence, interest, courtesy, integrity and motivation and individuals who can operate under stressful situation and communicate well SERVICE CAPABILITIES : • Availability of 24 hours manned Security Control Room to respond to client management as well as the guards deployed. We have a team of mobile field officer / supervisor who supervise the working of our staff and check their duties day & night. • We provide basic skills competence and mental attitude to prospective security guards. • Review and refresh knowledge, upgrade skills and technical know-how to enhance the professional status of the security guards. • Our entire operational staff is equipped with mobile phones and wireless sets on requirement basis for prompt communication. • Replacement of an individual immediately in case unsatisfied with his/her performance. • We maintain constant liaison with the local police and government authorities. • The staff subject to transfers, as we don’t encourage our staff to become familiar or mixing up or acquainted with employees union activities. • We provide complete uniform and accessories to our guard.
