Diamond Paste consists of blocky diamond particles prepared in paste form to suit various applications. It imparts uniform cutting properties producing precision reflective surfaces of desired levels .
Diamond Paste are available from 70 micron particle size to sub micron sizes to suit variety of needs.

Die Polishing Paste is best suitable to achieve very high reflective polishing finish. The particles are very fine and blocky in shape. The particle distribution is very close which allows fine finish. It is non toxic, non hazardous and safe to use and can be manually used as well.

Lapping is a process, in which two surfaces are rubbed together with an abrasive between them. Lapping Paste is ideally suitable for hand lapping and polishing especially in intricate cavities where continuous feed of abrasive is not desired or not possible. The abrasive particles in the paste form are of blocky shape which helps in maximizing cutting efficiency and attain required finish.
Lapping paste are available in various micron sizes starting from 60 microns to 3 microns.
Lapping paste is available from various types of combinations of abrasives. The appropriate types as applicable are recommended based on the surface finish requirements & the parts to be lapped etc.

Compound suitable for polishing is packed in 200 ml pressurized can. It helps in micronised spraying on polish plate, when sprayed. This prevents drying of the polish plates during polishing.

Hand Lapping and polishing plates are high quality products. Its homogenous distribution of material improves degree of processing accuracy. Plates are available in various diameters, Groove patterns and materials such as CI, Aluminium, Tin, Lead, Copper, Glass etc. & are available for Lapping, Hard Polishing and Soft Polishing applications.

Monochromatic Check-lite measures the flatness of finished components in the range of 1 light band or 0.3 Micron with the help of speedfam optical flat. No skilled technician is required to measure the flatness accurately, using the speedfam monochromatic checklite. Its exceptional design prevents the penetration of extraneous multiwave Length Light from outside sources. It can be placed near the production operation.

This is unique product developed by speedfam in order to have contamination free lapping oil for reuse. It has one abrasive mixture collecting tank in which the used abrasive mixture is poured. The abrasive is separated by baffling & settling process. The clear oil is recepted thru the final chamber from which oil can be taken out for reuse. Viewing windows are provided on the system to varify the level of abrasive settled & necessity of cleaning.
