We are manufacturing of Cast Iron Surface Plates to Grade 1 accuracy as per IS 2285-2003.We offer wide variety of cast iron surface plate manufactured in compliance with international quality standards. Extensively used for tool making, inspection, spotting, gauging etc., Hardness between 170 to 220 BHN. Stress relieved to relieve internal stresses. Material confirm to IS 210 2009, Grade FG 260.

Granite surface plate with metal inserts and T-Slot can be used as a surface table and a concentricity checking attachment. This equipment can be used as a Precision Inspection Bench Center as well as a Surface Plate with high Grade of accuracy. Material of construction and accuracy parameters as per IS-2285-2003 for CI Surface Plate, IS-7327-2003 Granite Surface Plate and IS-5980 for Center Attachments.

Granite comparator stands are precision lapped to grade 0 accuracy. Heavy duty vertical post and adjustable gaging bracket for maximum stability and durability. Base made from finely lapped Granite, housing made from Cast Iron and Pillar from Ground Steel. Main housing slides over the pillar and can be locked at any position.
