FLAT SOLID PLAIN METAL GASKETS: PLAIN SOLID TYPE

This style of gasket is made from metal that is recommended for use on machined joints under high pressure and temperature conditions. Solid metal gaskets are best suited for applications such as ammonia fittings ,bonnets, heat exchangers, hydraulic more.Flat Solid metal gasket are cut from sheet metal and of unlimited size and shape.To mold metal gasket flat,mating surfaces need to be perfectly aligned to provide good seals.

SERRATED GASKETS /CORRUGATED GASKETS:

This style of gasket is composed of a solid metal blank, which is fully machined with concentric profile ribbed surfaces.A serrated solid gasket with surface grooves facilitates a good seal with lower seating stresses. These styles can be jacketed to protect the flange surfaces.

RING TYPE JOINT GASKETS :

This style of gasket is used in numerous industrial applications like in petroleum industry, oil field drilling, pressure vessels, joints, pipes and valves etc.based on the customer required specifications . We are engaged in supplying supreme quality Ring type joint gaskets.Ring joint gaskets are specifically designed accurately to form a metal to metal seal with the flanges. The cross-sections are designed to concentrate the bolt load over a small area to produce a high seating stress; we see to it that our gasket metal is softer than the mating flanges. By applying pressure on the seal interface through bolt force, the softer metal of the gasket flows into the imperfections of the harder flange material, creating a very tight and efficient seal. Ring type Joint Gaskets are designed by us to seal by "initial line contact" or wedging action between the mating flange and the gasket.Our gaskets have passed quality test and of exceptional quality .
