Project requirements for 8T Plastic Pyrolysis plant: Client Scope: 1. Land requirement – 1 acre to 2 acres max depending on intended raw material storage capacity. 2. Factory shed – 60ft x 80ft x 18ft height. 3. Power requirement – 45HP. 4. Labor requirement – 4 x workers, 2 x furnace operators, 2 x Security, 1 Manager. 5. Water – Very less, say 1KL / month. 6. Raw material sourcing. 7. 63 KVA DG for power backup. 8. Statutory requirements. Our scope 1. Supply of Complete equipment like Furnaces, Reactors, Burners, Condensers, Storage tanks, Chimney, Necessary measuring devices and Site fabrication. 2. Commissioning of the equipment 3. Demonstration and trial run of the plant. 4. 15 days of Plant operations and process training. 5. Technical back end support for 1 year.
