The modular power coating booths we offer are designed for manual and fully automatic coating applications. The booths help increasing productivity. The booths leverage on high technology and ensure there is enhanced air flow and maximum transfer efficiency. The power coating booths are fabricated in batch type and conveyor type.
They are structured with 18 gauge GI sheets and cyclone recovery tank with CR sheet. The sprayed powder is passed to cyclone, where powders get collected in a basin and the air exits through the duct in dry condition. The recycled powder can be reused. There is no powder spillage out of the booth and there is maximum recovery too.
We have specially designed a conveyor powder coating plant suitable for powder coating of high volume components whether it is large or small in size for any kind of product. The powder coating plant is helpful where synchronisation of product is important.
The conveyor powder coating plants are very large in size and thus they can accommodate more than two painters and painting guns or reciprocators. We have them available with or without filters. The plant ensures smooth painting and finish of the end product. It also reduces the drying time.
