CO2 manifold system enables a consumer to draw CO2 gas at a single point and avoids mishandling of CO2 cylinders at different locations at the shop floor. This battery system for using the cylinders at one point eliminates the carriage of individual cylinders at different locations where MIG welding sets/user/water dosing systems are located. With our Pressure Reduction Station the pressure of the gas is reduced at the battery itself so that low-pressure gas (as required by the user) is sent through the pipeline. With proper instrumentation and inter-locking, a safe system is designed for trouble free service. The system consists of minimum two links whereas one is connected with the outlet and other with inlet. CO2 is transported in liquid phase either in cylinders or in storage tankers but it is used in gaseous state in beverages and other uses. CO2 is evaporated and expanded to lower pressure, in this expansion operation cooling occurs which can choke the entire system, resulting in pressure oscillation and CO2 losses can take place. SSGLA system avoids all such problems. The main equipment out of this is the SSGLA Filter cum SCRS system, with which we can achieve the following advantages. No internal freezing. No pressure oscillation. Clean CO2 as the impurities get filtered off. No interruption in CO2 supply during cylinder change. Saving of energy, CO2 and time are the main advantage.
